 We provide loan facilitation and advisory services across various loan categories. We are not direct lenders unless clearly stated.

3.Eligibility

 You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to contract in India. You must submit accurate and complete information.

4.User Obligations

 Provide truthful data, use services lawfully, and keep your account secure.

5.Loan Facilitation

 We share your application with partner NBFCs or banks. Final loan decisions—including approval, interest, tenures—are made by these lenders.

6.Fees & Disclosures

 Any service or processing fees will be clearly stated before confirmation. Lenders may charge separate fees per their terms.

7.Limitation of Liability

 We are not responsible for lender decisions, delays beyond our control, or indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

 These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
